1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of luxury cosmetics and hygiene regulations, we only accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products returned after 14 days from delivery
3. How to Request a Return

- Full name and order number
- Name of the product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional, but helpful)
We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address upon approval.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
- If your return is rejected (e.g., opened item), we will notify you and can return the product back to you at your expense.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
